​Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be accepted until February 1, 2025. To request a refund and cancel your registration, please email C4Uconference@eocihealth.com. A $50 administration fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. No refunds will be accepted after February 1, 2025.
