Conference Learning Objectives
1. Evaluate and integrate emerging evidence, guideline updates, and novel therapeutic advances in cardiac critical care to inform best practices.
2. Apply evidence-based strategies for diagnosing, monitoring, and treating acute and complex cardiovascular conditions, incorporating multidisciplinary and systems-level perspectives.
3. Incorporate contemporary diagnostic, interventional, and technological approaches—including advanced imaging, procedural skills, and supportive therapies—into clinical decision-making to optimize patient outcomes.
4. Analyze and discuss complex or challenging cases across the cardiovascular and critical care continuum to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered management.
5. Enhance clinical, technical, and crisis resource management skills through simulation-based or hands-on learning to improve performance in high-acuity scenarios.
